Elizabeth Shartle, PHR is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of The University of Akron with a B.A. degree in Psychology.  Elizabeth recently joined ARDL bringing six years of experience in both the manufacturing and service industries. Elizabeth is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and also possesses a Certificate in Conflict Resolution. Elizabeth is in charge of all aspects of human resources at ARDL.
