Jerry received a B.S. in Chemistry from Ohio State University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from The University of Akron. He joined ARDL in 1991. He has 40 years of experience in the rubber industry with a background in analytical chemistry, compounding, testing, failure analysis and consulting.

Jerry is also a Board Certified Forensic Examiner and has consulted in the field of failure analysis of rubber products for a global clientele. He has been qualified in Federal Court as an expert in testing, quality control, failure analysis, electron microscopy, and rubber compounding.
