Jim is responsible for all phases of the physical lab function including project flow, testing, report writing, customer inquiries, quotations, supply requisitions along with hiring and training of new personnel. He has more than 35 years of practical testing and manufacturing expertise, covering all phases of rubber testing and methodology, as well as Quality Assurance.
