Mac has completed many courses in Polymer Science and physical and chemical testing at Tennessee Tech and The University of Akron. He has more than 40 years experience with rubber, latex, dry rubber and plastic materials. He has more than five years experience with latex and latex-related compounds including formulating, compounding, dipping and flocking. He has 20 years of dry rubber compounding experience including formulating, processing and physical testing.
