Walter has 25 years experience in research and development and quality assurance laboratory management  for custom mixing polymer manufacturers. He has also worked as quality assurance manager for an international dental product manufacturing and distribution company, which involved maintaining international medical standard certifications through KEMA, ADA, etc.

Walter is responsible for all phases of  ARDL's Quality Assurance to maintain ISO 9001:2000 and ANS/ISO/IEC 17025 certifications along with A2LA accreditations in a multi-site environment.
