ARDL has a 4-roll inverted-L laboratory calender capable of skim coating fabric or calendering rubber and plastic sheets from 0.020" to 0.500" thick and up to 10 inches in width. The calender is oil heated and can obtain temperatures up to 204°C (400°F) for your thermoplastic requirements.

You can use our calender to start up a new product line or to improve an existing product. Use our facilities for adhesion testing, rubber-to-fabric, rubber-to-metal, and rubber-to-rubber bonding.
