Compression Set

Compression Set Testing evaluates a material’s sealing force retention or ability to maintain elastic properties after compression using methods such as ASTM D 395, ASTM F 36, ASTM D 1229, ISO methods and more.  ARDL’s compression set testing begins with the determination of the appropriate deflection or the constant force a material will be subjected to according to the requirements given. We are able to expose materials to a variety of fluids and environments while under compressive forces.
