Chelsye has a Masters in Engineering and Industrial Management from Ohio University along with her Professional Engineering Certification, and a B.S. of Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University. She has over 14 years of experience in engineering, project management, and design. Her work experience includes time at Babcock and Wilcox Company as a Lead Engineer and Senior Project Manager at Wheaton and Sprague Engineering.
