Rick Behne earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baldwin Wallace. Rick joined ARDL in January, 2017 with over 25 years of experience across rubber, thermoplastic elastomers and plastics industries. Rick’s core competencies are knowledge of ISO 17025 | ISO 9001 | ISO13485 quality standards, quality testing and certification agencies as well as designing and implementing value added quality and laboratory processes, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventative actions, auditing and training.
